Jordan Laccetti is a dynamic leader with extensive experience in both Global Sourcing and Management and is known for driving results. He prides himself on building teams of A-players, developing Leaders, leveraging accountability and creating a strong, healthy culture.

While Vice President of North America for McLane Global, Jordan was accountable for the success of the Domestic Sales, MHS & Procurement teams. Under his leadership for nearly 8 years, all of the divisions he actively oversaw attained record-breaking levels of sales and profit, reporting collective sales growth of over 600% in the last 3 years alone. In addition to driving winning sales and profit results, Jordan has spearheaded or played a key role in the development of innovative products, the formation of new business divisions, strategic partnerships and joint ventures. While aggressive in the pursuit of success, he is a measured risk taker with a pragmatic approach to business development and growth.

Jordan holds a bachelor’s degree in Business with concentrations in both Sales and Finance, as well as a Master of Business Administration, from the College of Saint Rose in Albany, NY.
